Update your personal profile
Keep your personal information up to date at all times. Learn how to update your profile and contact details to receive important updates.
Getting started
To log into your Fresha account, you’ll always need:
- The email address used to register with Fresha.
- Your account password. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset this.
Updating your profile
Here you can add an avatar icon, your name and a bit about yourself. This will be visible to your team members.

To update your profile:
- Open your profile by clicking on your Avatar icon.
- Select Profile and click Edit.
- Select the camera icon and upload your profile picture.
- Crop the image as needed and click Apply.
- Update your first and last name.
- Add an optional description under About.
- Click Save.
To update your profile:
- Open your profile by tapping on your Avatar icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Profile and then Edit.
- Select the camera icon and upload your profile picture.
- Crop the image if needed and tap Apply.

- Add an optional description under About.
- Tap Save.
Updating your contact details
Keeping your personal information and contact details helps verify your identity.

To update your contact details:
- Open your profile by clicking on your Avatar icon.
- Select Settings and update the following details:
- Legal name:
Edit and Save your legal name as you want it to appear under your personal account - Contact details:
Edit and Save the mobile number and email address used to log into your personal account
