Set up and manage a marketplace profile
Join the Fresha marketplace, where tens of thousands of appointments are made daily by millions of monthly users. Learn to set up your marketplace profile to attract new clients and keep your regulars coming back.
Setting up your marketplace profile
Create your marketplace profile and start attracting new clients in your area.

To set up your marketplace profile:
- Open Online booking to see your Marketplace profile.
- If you have multiple locations, scroll to find the one you want to list and click List profile.
- Follow the steps through to enter the following details details about your venue:
- Display name:
Enter your location's name with proper capitalization, no emojis, symbols, or punctuation. For multiple locations, list the business name followed by the location. For example, Trendy Studio London. - About:
Add a description about your business and venue. A great description is key for attracting and keeping clients, helping them quickly see what you do and why they should choose you. - Business phone number:
Add a contact number where clients can reach you. This number is only given to clients if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment after the cancellation window has passed. - Business email:
Add an email address for your business where clients replies are sent when they respond to appointment emails.
- Display name:
- Enter the address for your business location using the search bar or click Edit in the address box.
- On the location map, drag the map into place to pinpoint exactly where your venue is located. This will appear on the search map in the marketplace search and on your venue page.
- Add your opening hours as you want them to be displayed on your profile. This does not relate to or affect your scheduled shifts.
- Upload a selection of high-quality photos to showcase your services and make your profile stand out. Check the photography guidelines for best practices:
- Exterior photos:
These should be visually appealing and people-free. - Interior photos:
Show the venue’s inside spaces, like treatment rooms, mani/pedi areas, or the reception - without people. - Product shots:
Avoid featuring the entire lineup of products you offer.
- Exterior photos:
- Make your profile stand out by selecting from a range any amenities or additional information that are important to you.
- Check the box to confirm you agree to Fresha Marketplace fees.
- Review and update your Payment method and Billing details where needed.
- Select Preview to review the final look of your marketplace profile, making sure your details and images are accurate.
- Click Enable.

Update any information listed in your Marketplace profile.

To edit your marketplace profile:
- Open Online booking to see your Marketplace profile.
- If you have multiple locations, scroll to find the one you want to edit, click Actions, and then Edit.
- From the side menu you will find each section of your marketplace profile:
- Overview:
Key performance metrics, such as Profile Views, Online Bookings, New Clients, and Ratings—along with Add-ons and Integrations for your online profile. - Essentials:
The Display name, About section, and Contact details shown on your profile. - Business Location:
The address for your business location. - Opening Hours:
Your opening hours displayed on your profile. - Venue Images:
Photos showcasing your venue and services. - Amenities and highlights:
Values, amenities, and highlights that best describe your business.
- Overview:
- To edit any of the sections select the section from the side menu, then click Options and select Edit.

- Open Online booking to see your Marketplace profile.
- If you have multiple locations, scroll to find the one you want to list and tap Actions and then Edit..
