The Fresha marketplace is the world’s largest platform for beauty and wellness, connecting your business with local clients actively looking to book their next appointment. 

By creating and publishing a profile for your venue, you make it easy for new and existing clients to book appointments, purchase gift cards and products, and leave reviews.

Activate online bookings for your business by creating an online profile. To list your business online, you will need to add a payment method that covers any fees related to your online bookings (for example, Marketplace new client fees).

Business information
You can share your businesses standard information, like your venue name, location and opening hours. Clients will be able to see a snippet of your business open hours and accessability in your marketplace profile, you can edit this information at any time if needed.

Venue images
Upload up to 10 images of your venue to showcase your space on your profile. Follow our Marketplace photography guidelines for tips on making your images stand out. You can also highlight key features of your business and write a compelling business description, using our Marketplace content guidelines, and our AI Enhance tool to help craft a high-quality message that resonates with clients.

Client reviews are one of the most powerful ways to promote your business and boost your visibility on the marketplace. 

To collect reviews, simply enable your Thank You automated message, this will send clients a prompt via email or text to leave a review after their appointment is checked out. 

Client reviews appear on your marketplace profile, giving you the opportunity to engage directly with your clients by responding to client reviews.
