Manage and update your online profile
In this guide you'll learn how to manage your online bookings by updating your information, listing or unlisting your marketplace profile.
Edit your marketplace profile
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Online booking.
- Next to the marketplace listing that you want to manage, select from the following:
- View your profile: Click on the Overview button to open a summary of your marketplace profile. From the left menu panel, click the Overview tab to view the performance dashboard for this profile, including percentage changes in online new clients, appointments, and ratings. You can also view and set up any Add-ons and Integrations for your online profile. Use the left menu panel to select and view the details of each section of your Marketplace profile. Click on the Preview button in the top right to view your marketplace profile.
- Edit your profile: Click on the Actions button and then select Edit.Click the Continue button at the top right to move to the next step, or click on the Save and exit button to save your progress and finish it later. Once you have updated your profile, click on the Save button at the top right to apply the changes.
Once you have updated your marketplace profile, any changes will be immediately updated and visible to clients when booking online.
Unlist your marketplace profile
Unlisting your profile will prevent new online bookings from being made.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Online booking.
- Next to the marketplace listing that you want to unlist, click on Actions and then select Unlist profile.
- Click on the Unlist button in the pop-up to confirm.
Once you unlist your online profile, your booking links will become inactive, and clients will no longer be able to find or view your business on the marketplace.
List your marketplace profile
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Online booking.
- Next to the marketplace listing that you want to list, click on the Publish button.
- Click the Continue button in the top right corner to review the marketplace details, and then click Enable to list your profile online.
Once you have listed your online profile, clients will be able to book appointments according to your scheduled availability.

No, unlisting your profile removes it from the marketplace, so clients will not be able to see or make new bookings online.
Your reviews and ratings are preserved and will be visible again when you re-list your profile.
If your marketplace profile is offline, clients won’t be able to book through the Fresha marketplace, Reserve with Google, or any booking links. If you haven’t disabled it, here are a few things to check:
