Review blast campaign performance
Track the effectiveness of your blast campaigns and their impact on your bookings and sales. Understand how to review your campaigns, optimize future ones, and make data-driven decisions to improve your marketing efforts.
Getting started
Before reviewing your blast campaign performance, make sure you have the required access if you're not the workspace owner. As a team member:
- Reach out to the account to request permission to access Marketing.
Accessing campaign overviews
After your blast campaign has been sent, you can easily view its performance details.
To access blast campaign overviews:
- Open Marketing and select Blast campaigns.
- Click on the promotion you want to review.
- Use the following filters at the top of the page to explore different aspects of your campaign:
- Overview:
View key performance metrics and a preview of how your campaign appeared as an email or text message. - Details:
Access information such as costs, send date, and the channel used. - Recipients:
See a detailed list of all clients who received the campaign, along with the status (for example, opened) and the bookings and sales each client made from it.

Understanding metrics
For campaigns that included at least one booking link, you'll see these performance metrics:
- Total appointments:
Shows the number and value of bookings generated by your campaign, helping you assess its impact on your business. - Total sales:
Indicates the completed sales attributed to your campaign, allowing you to measure your return on investment.
For a combined summary of revenues from different sources, check the Sales summary report and filter by 'Marketing - Blast messages.'
Understanding engagement metrics
Engagement metrics provide insights into how recipients interacted with your campaign.
These metrics vary depending on the type of campaign:
Email campaigns
- Sent:
The total number of recipients your campaign was sent to.
- Delivered:
The number of people who successfully received your email, excluding any bounces.
- Opened:
The number of recipients who opened the email. If this number is low, consider improving your subject lines and preview content.
- Clicked:
The rate at which recipients clicked on links within your email, indicating how engaging your content was.
Increase click rates by using multiple buttons and ensuring at least one button is visible without scrolling.
Text message campaigns
- Sent:
The total number of people your campaign was sent to.
- Clicked:
The rate at which recipients clicked on links in your text message. Enhance click rates by creating personalized and engaging content.
