Maximize reviews with Google Rating Boost
Maximize reviews with Google Rating Boost
Enhance your business's online visibility and attract more clients. Learn to encourage clients who share good reviews on Fresha to do the same on your Google profile.
Getting started
Fresha’s Google Rating Boost add-on, available for a monthly fee based on active locations, lets you prompt highly-rated clients to post reviews on your Google Business Profile.
Before upgrading to Google Rating boost:
- Enable the "Thank you for visiting" Automation. You can choose to deliver these messages via email or text.
If you are a team member we recommend reaching out to the workspace owner to request permission for Account setup.
Upgrading to Google Rating boost
After finishing their appointment, we'll send clients a message requesting them to rate and review their service through Fresha and, if enabled, leave a tip.
Setting up your Google Business profile
You must have an active Google Business Profile for each location on Fresha.
To set up your Google business profile:
- Start by creating your Google Business Profiles, if you don’t already.
- Confirm that the name and address of each location on Fresha match those on your Google Business Profiles.
Signing up and activating Google Rating Boost
To sign up to Google Rating Boost:

We’ll match your location to your Google Business Profile using your business name and address. Double-check the Google review links to ensure clients are directed correctly.
If you see an "Action Required" message under the Google review links section, it means we were unable to locate your Google profile page. Please double-check your information and try again. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our Support team.
You can adjust your review trigger level anytime by going to Add-ons, selecting Manage under Google Rating Boost, and then clicking View settings to make changes.
