View a client’s appointments, sales, and sold items
Access a client’s appointment history and past product sales to effectively track their purchases and preferences. Learn how to access and track detailed client insights.
Accessing client profiles
Client profiles are still kept under your clients list for easy access.
To access your client’s profile:
- Open your Clients list.
- Search or select the client you want to view.
- The client’s profile will appear on the right-hand side.
- Here you can view, add, and manage all of your client's information as well as book an appointment and make sales.
The client’s name and contact details will appear in the client profile. You can click on the email address to send the client an email or click on the telephone number to call the client/send them a text message.
Reviewing client overviews
Find a quick summary of the client’s interaction with your business from their overview, this includes:
- Wallet balance:
Total value of client gift cards and upfront payments. - Total sales:
Total sales value from the client. - Appointments:
Total number of appointments for the client. - Rating:
Average rating from all reviews by the client. - Canceled:
Total number of cancelled appointments for the client. - No-show:
Total number of no-show appointments for the client.
Accessing appointment history
You can gain valuable insights by accessing a client's appointment history.
To browse a client’s appointment history and check the status of upcoming appointments:
- Open your Clients list and select a client.
- In the client profile, click Appointments.
- A full list of past and upcoming appointments will be displayed.
- Use the filters to view All or Completed appointments.
- For more specific filtering, select More to view appointments by status: Confirmed, Arrived, Started, Cancelled or No show.
- Each appointment card will show a list of services with the prices and a team member.
- Depending on the appointment status, different actions are available:
- Access and view:
Click on any appointment card to open and access the full appointment view. This applies to all appointments. - Checkout:
For Confirmed or Started appointments, click Checkout to access Fresha's point of sale. - View sale:
After an appointment is Completed, access and manage sale details. - Rebook:
Quickly schedule a new appointment following a Completed one by selecting Rebook and selecting an available timeslot in your calendar.

Managing a client’s items
Easily manage any Products, Memberships and Services purchased by your client through their profile.
Managing products
To manage products:
- Open your Clients list and select a client.
- In the client profile, click Items and filter by Products.
- Each product the client has purchased will be listed with the date and price.
- On the relevant product card, choose to:
- Sell:
Access Fresha's point of sale to sell the product to the client again. - View sale:
Access and manage product sale details.
- Sell:
Managing memberships
To manage memberships:
- Open your Clients list and select a client.
- In the client profile, click Items and filter by Memberships.
- Each membership the client has purchased will be listed with the status.
- On the relevant membership card, choose to:
- Pause/resume:
Pause or Resume a client’s membership at any time with the option to send the client a note accompanying the action. - Renew:
Renew cancelled, used or expired memberships. - Details:
View the full details of the client’s membership, including the activity log of appointments and status changes.

Managing services
To manage services:
- Open your Clients list and select a client.
- In the client profile, click Items and filter by Services.
- Each completed service the client has received will be listed with the date, team member and price. This does not include services from cancelled, no-show or upcoming appointments.
- On the relevant service card, select View sale to view more details and manage sale details.

Can any team member access a client’s appointment history and sales?
