Track and review sold memberships
Use tools to manage revenue and services from sold memberships. Learn to track and review sold memberships and enhance revenue management.
Getting started
Before you get started, make sure you have the right permissions to track and review memberships. If you're a team member without permission:
- Reach out to the account owner to request permission for Memberships under Sales.
Accessing membership details
You can quickly view a summary of a client’s membership information at a glance.
To access membership details:
- Open Sales and select Memberships sold.
- Use the search bar to look up the client or membership name.
- Click on the membership you want to view.
- At the top of the page, you’ll find key details for all membership types, including:
- Sessions:
Number of sessions remaining in the client’s membership. - Services:
Services covered by the membership. - Membership type:
Indicates the payment frequency (e.g., monthly, yearly). - Expires:
Expiration date of the membership. - Client:
Name of the client who holds the membership. - Terms & conditions:
Specific terms and conditions, if applicable. - Available redemption:
Specifies whether the membership can be used in-store, online, or both.
- Sessions:
- For recurring memberships, additional details include:
- Payment frequency:
How often the client is charged. - Next renewal date:
Date of the next charge. - Membership price:
Cost of the membership per payment period.

Exploring Membership activity
The membership activity log allows you to monitor status changes and appointments associated with the membership.
To view the membership activity log.
- Open Sales and select Memberships sold.
- Use the search bar to look up the client or membership name.
- Click on the membership you want to view.
- At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the membership activity log. Filter the log by:
- Status change:
Tracks changes such as sales, pauses, resumptions, and cancellations. - Upcoming appointments:
Lists future appointments booked under the membership. - Past appointments:
Displays previous appointments booked under the membership.
- Status change:
You can also manage active memberships using the Membership list report.
To access memberships directly from a client’s profile, go to Items, then Memberships, and click Details under the relevant membership.
