Delete memberships
Keep your memberships organized by deleting them as needed. Deleting a membership permanently removes it while retaining client records and related data. Learn how to keep your catalog up-to-date and relevant.
Delete a membership
- Desktop
- Mobile
- From the main menu, go to Catalog and select Memberships.
- Locate and click on the membership you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Click Yes, delete to confirm.
- From the main menu, tap on Sales and select Memberships sold.
- Locate and tap on the membership you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Tap Yes, delete to confirm.
Once a membership is deleted from your catalog, it cannot be recovered.
