Track and review sold memberships
Sold memberships help you keep track of your earnings and the services clients use, making it easier to manage your business and keep clients happy. Learn how to review membership details and stay on top of your revenue.
Access membership details
You can quickly view a summary of a client’s membership information at a glance.
- Desktop
- Mobile
- From the main menu, go to Sales and select Memberships sold.
- Locate and click on the name of the membership plan you want to view.
- Under Membership details, you’ll find key details for all membership types, including:
- Sessions:
Number of sessions remaining in the client’s membership. - Services:
Services covered by the membership. - Membership type:
Indicates the payment frequency (e.g., monthly, yearly). - Expires:
Expiration date of the membership. - Client:
Name of the client who holds the membership. - Terms & conditions:
Specific terms and conditions, if applicable. - Available redemption:
Specifies whether the membership can be used in-store, online, or both.

- For recurring memberships, additional details include:
- Payment frequency:
How often the client is charged. - Next renewal date:
Date of the next charge. - Membership price:
Cost of the membership per payment period.

View membership activity
The membership activity log allows you to monitor status changes and appointments associated with the membership.

- From the main menu, go to Sales and select Memberships sold.
- Locate and click on the name of the membership plan you want to view.
- Under Activty log, you’ll find the membership history. Filter the log by:
- Status change:
Tracks changes such as sales, pauses, resumptions, and cancellations. - Upcoming appointments:
Lists future appointments booked under the membership. - Past appointments:
Displays previous appointments booked under the membership.

To access memberships directly from a client’s profile, go to Items, then Memberships, and click Details under the relevant membership.
