Manage service booking sequences
Make sure your services are booked in the correct order by setting up a service booking sequence. This helps maintain the right workflow for appointments, so clients receive services in the correct sequence when booking online.
How service sequencing works
Some services need to be performed in a specific order. For example, in a hair salon, a cut and color should be done before a blow-dry. Service sequences ensure that these appointments are scheduled in the correct order.
When a client books multiple services online, they are added to their cart in the sequence you’ve set. If a service isn’t part of the sequence, it appears under "All other services" and is booked in the order the client selects.
Create a booking sequence:
- Desktop
- Mobile
- From the main menu, go to Catalog and select Service menu.
- Click on Options button, then select Set booking sequence.
- Click Add service, then select a service to include in the sequence.
- Repeat the above step for all services in the sequence.
- A block labeled "All other services" will appear for services not included in the sequence.
- Drag and drop services into the correct order.
- Click Save to apply the sequence.
- From the main menu, go to the Menu icon and tap on Catalog.
- Select Service menu.
- Tap on Actions (three dots) at the top of the page, and select Set booking sequence.
- Tap (+) Add, then select a service to include in the sequence.
- Repeat the above step for all services in the sequence.
- A block labeled "All other services" will appear for services not included in the sequence.
- Drag and drop services into the correct order.
- Tap Save to apply the sequence.
You can position certain services above or below "All other services" to control their priority when clients book online.
Edit a booking sequence:
Once set, the sequence applies automatically to online bookings. You can edit the sequence at any time.

- From the main menu, go to Catalog and select Service menu.
- Click on the Options button, then select Set booking sequence.
- Make any of the following adjustments to the sequence:
- Reorder the sequence:
Drag and drop services to rearrange the order. - Add services:
Click Add service, then select the service to include. Drag and drop the service into the correct position. - Remove services:
Find the service you want to remove, click Actions (three dots), and select Remove.
- Reorder the sequence:
- Click Save.
- From the main menu, go to the Menu icon and tap on Catalog.
- Select Service menu.
- Tap on Actions (the three dots) at the top of the page, and select Set booking sequence.
- Make any of the following adjustments to the sequence:

You can also click Actions (the three dots) next to a service to select Move up or Move down the list.
