Create packages from services
Create packages from services
Packages make it easy for clients to book multiple services in one appointment while helping you boost bookings and manage services efficiently. Learn how to group services into packages, set pricing, and enable online bookings.
Create new packages
Packages help simplify bookings for clients by combining multiple services into one.
- Desktop
- Mobile
- From the main menu, go to Catalog and select Service menu.
- Click on the Add button, then select Package.
- Under Basic details, add the Package name, Menu category and a Short description.
- Scroll down to Services and click Add services to select at least two services to include in the package.
- For services that require additional time, click the Actions (three dots) next to the service and select Add extra time, then set and Apply the following:
- Extra time type:
Choose between Processing time (where team members remain available) or Blocked time (which adds a gap between appointments). - Duration:
Use the dropdown to set the additional time needed.

- Choose a Schedule type to determine how the services will be booked:
- Booked in sequence:
Services are scheduled one after another. - Booked in parallel:
Services are scheduled at the same time and require multiple team members.
- Booked in sequence:
- Scroll down to Pricing and set the Pricing type:
- Service pricing:
Uses the total cost of all services in the package. - Custom pricing:
Enter a custom package price. - Percentage discount:
Enter a discount percentage, which will be applied to the total cost of the included services. - Free:
The package is offered at no charge.
- Service pricing:
- Scroll down to Online booking and use the toggle to enable or disable the package for online booking on Fresha’s marketplace, social pages, or custom links.
- Under Available for, specify the service availability by gender (if applicable).
- Click Save to create the package, making it available for booking immediately.
- From the main menu, go to the Menu icon and tap on Catalog.
- Select Service menu.
- Tap (+) Add and then select Package from the options.
- Under Basic details, add the Package name, Menu category and a Short description.
- Tap Services and then Add services to select at least two services to include in the package.

Changes to individual service prices won't affect booked packages. You’ll need to manually edit these appointments to update the price.
You can reorder services by dragging and dropping them in the preferred sequence.
