Mark appointments as no-shows
Mark no-shows when clients cannot attend for clear tracking and appointment management. Learn how to mark as appointments as no-shows.
Getting started
Only account owners and team members with permission can mark appointments as a no-show. If you are a team member we recommend:
- Reaching out to the workspace owner to request permission for Appointments.
Marking no-shows
If the client did not attend the appointment, you can mark their appointment as a no-show.
To mark an appointment as a no-show:
- Open the Calendar.
- Select a past appointment.
- Click on the Quick actions (the three dots) and select No-show. Or, click on the appointment status to change it to No-show.
- Check the box if you want to notify the client about the no-show.
- Click Set as no-show.
You can also mark an appointment as a no-show by changing the status in the top right-hand corner.
