Change the calendar display settings
Streamline appointment scheduling by tailoring your calendar display settings to suit your business needs. Learn how to adapt your calendar view and explore the available filters to help access appointment information faster.
Getting started
Before updating your calendar display settings, we recommend setting up the following areas of your workspace. These will allow you to see how your core appointment scheduling information will show with your chosen display settings:
- Add your team members, services, and resources.
- Import any existing clients.
Adjusting dates and views
To view appointments in your calendar in a way that suits you:
- Open the Calendar.
- Select the date at the top of the calendar to view a specific date range or choose the option to jump ahead by 1 to 8 weeks.
- Click on the calendar view in the top-right corner to see the schedule for:
- Day:
View today's appointments only. - 3 Days:
View today's appointments and the next two days. - Week:
View the entire week's appointments. - Month:
View the entire month’s appointments.
- Day:
- Click on the settings icon to update the:
- Calendar zoom:
Slide the scale to either view more appointments on your screen (Small) or fewer appointments with more details visible (Large). - Quick actions:
Use the toggle to enable quick actions allowing you to add appointments or blocked time by clicking on a calendar slot.
- Calendar zoom:
- Click Apply changes.
To quickly return to today’s date, click the Calendar icon.
Filtering the calendar
Easily access appointments and resources by setting filters.
To apply calendar filters:
- Open the Calendar.
- If you have multiple locations, use the location filter to select the relevant one.
- Use the Team and resource filter to view your calendar by:
- Scheduled team:
Show all team members that are scheduled to work on the dates selected. - All team:
Show all team members that are assigned to the location selected. This will include members who are not scheduled to work on the dates selected. - All Resources:
Show all resources that are assigned to the location selected. - All team and resources:
Show all team members and resources that are assigned to the location selected. This will include members who are not scheduled to work on the dates selected.
- Scheduled team:
- To view specific team members and resources together, click on the same Team and resource filter and check the box next to the relevant Team members and Resources.
- Click Apply.
