Getting started
Upgrading to Fresha's team pay provides access to:
- Commissions:
Use powerful configurations to pay your team commissions on their sales. - Wages:
Have Fresha calculate your team’s wages based on your settings. - Timesheets:
Track your team's working hours and attendance with ease. - Pay runs:
Calculate earnings, add adjustments and pay your team seamlessly. - Reports:
Understand your team’s earnings and timesheets in detail with 9 new reports.
Before upgrading to Team Pay if you are a team member we recommend reaching out to the workspace owner to request permission for Account setup.
Upgrading to Team Pay
Fresha’s Team Pay add-on is available as an optional paid feature with a monthly subscription fee, based on the total number of active team members within your business.

To upgrade to Team Pay:
- Open Add-ons.
- Under Team Pay, click on View.
- Click Continue from the sign-up page.
- Review your payment method and total monthly cost. You can click Change to update the payment card.
- Click Enable to activate the add-on.
- Once Fresha’s Team Pay add-ons is enabled, select Done. You'll receive a confirmation email.
To upgrade to Team Pay:
- Open Add-ons.
- Under Team Pay, tap on View.
- From the sign-up page, tap Continue.
- Review your payment method and total monthly cost. You can tap Change to update the payment card.
- Click Enable to activate the add-on.
- Once Fresha’s Team Pay add-ons is enabled, select Done. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Canceling Team Pay

To cancel your Team Pay subscription:
- Open Add-ons.
- Under Team Pay, click Manage.
- Click Options and select Disable add-on.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu under Why are you disabling?.
- Select Disable now to confirm your cancellation.
To cancel your Team Pay subscription:
- Open Add-ons.
- Under Team Pay, tap Manage.
- Tap Options (the three dots) in the top right corner and select Disable add-on.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu under Why are you disabling?.
- Tap Disable now to confirm your cancellation.
You can keep using Team Pay until the end of the current billing month when your subscription ends. You can renew your subscription at any time by following the same steps.
