In my personal opinion, Scarlett O'Hara is the most pleasant, relaxing and professional place, where you can get not just an awesome masterpiece haircut but also chat with a beautiful and friendly people. 100% recommend!!!))

As I wanted to bleach my hair but was truly clueless about the procedure, Viktoriia guided me towards the general knowledge of bleaching hair and how light I could go before it starts to get damaged. When my dream look would lead me to damaged hair, she gave alternatives that can suit my vision and was patient with my questions. She gave an amazing first impression and if I’m ever need of a salon again, I’ll be sure to seek this one first.
