Ella is so kind and patient. My 3 year old is autistic and *really* struggles with any kind of grooming. She was patient with him, encouraging, and very gentle and careful. I'm so grateful theres a place I can come when I need a bit more help with his hair. Kaitlyn did my 18 month old's first haircut and she did amazing with him. She was gentle, kind, and quick. She also stepped in and helped when my 3 year old was having a hard time. They both went above and beyond expectations and I'm so grateful.
