The Head Spa treatment was wonderful and relaxing. Vai was great. But I also booked a blowout for after my treatment and my experience with that wasn't great. None of the staff seemed aware I had booked a blowout, and when I mentioned it, there wasn't anyone available to blow out my hair. I left the salon with barely a blow-dry, let alone a $50 blowout. My hair was overloaded with product and I had to rewash and style it myself when I got home. I know oversights happen, but given you are a Hair Spa, it wasn't a great experience overall.
