If you want any kind of fitness help, this is your place. I’ve done lots of training with Nina over the years but having had a recent operation I flung all my physio and consultant advice at her and she designed a session to incorporate everything and help me get the most/best out of exercises. 5star … just always 5star. I have measurable progress yielding results I could only dream of a few years ago. This is an amazing piece of equipment but without the correct coaching is pointless. In my experience Nina’s coaching is exceptional.

Nina is professional and wants you to succeed. She has excellent knowledge and wants perfection in technique for her clients. Highly recommend
