I visited yesterday for a wash and blow dry and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the service was lovely. However, I’m very disappointed in how my hair held up. When I got home less than one hour after the appointment I paid 70£ for, the curls were all gone and my hair was frizzy (I was not sweating). I have gone to multiple hair salons both in London and abroad and have never had this happen. This was before I had an event to go to, which I had to then by an iron to fix. I was very upset about this and now the next morning is very frizzy and it’s as if it wasn’t done in the first place.
