Excellent massage, concentrating on problem areas and explaining what she was doing so that i felt comfortable. I will definitely be booking again!

Thank you so much, Kathleen, for your lovely review. I’m delighted you felt comfortable and enjoyed your massage. I look forward to seeing you again soon!

I was diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis a few years ago .. prescribed medication and steroid nasal spray helped but did not stop me getting bad episodes during the Summer. This Summer I added 2 anti histamines an air purifier in my bedroom, not drying clothes outside and regular lymphatic drainage massages with Helen and I have not had a single sinus episode. I thoroughly recommend Helen’s lymphatic drainage massages.. They are a game changer .. you can feel the difference after the massage.

The best I got it is the renovation feeling and top up energy, Helen is a medical professional who knows in deep her job as a medic, she can found the pain location without explaining to her, I count this is a deep knowledge, appreciate your effort Helen and I strongly recommend her I will keep coming to keep stable and Regards all
