I believe in customizing each treatment to the client.  We will discuss any issues or concerns you may have at the beginning of each session, and I will integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to create a personalized experience customized to your unique needs, supporting deep relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.  My approach is not to box clients in to a certain pressure, or modality.  I will listen to your body and your goals to help determine my approach for each session.  That could be anything from a slower gentle pace, to deeper pressure, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, Gua sha, stretching, among other modalities.  I am continuously learning and evolving my practice and skillset to enhance my commitment to helping clients.

Perfect for quieting the mind, resetting the body, and deepening your overall healing experience.  This 30 minute session will be given at the end of your massage treatment.  This will give you an additional 30 minute opportunity to remain on the table and rest your body while be bathing in sound.
