The Loft on Bowen is your private workout haven in Waiuku. Enjoy a dedicated reformer room for truly personal sessions, plus two reformers in an open area for shared but calm movement. We have on-demand, interactive screens, giving you access to hundreds of instructor-led classes. Our fitness studio is equipped with treadmill, weights and more — everything you need for strength, cardio, and core. A full bathroom is available, along with a safe area for kids to play while you train. Train at your own pace, in your own time, in a luxe and welcoming space above Botanica on Bowen.
