Toners are ONLY depositing not lifting. They are to neutralize unwanted warmth and brassiness from current level or to darken a little if desired. 
Your natural hair looking a little dull but you like your color, choose a clear topcoat gloss for a kick of shine. K18 hair repair added. Wash and quick blow dry, NO CUT
