Reiki & Reflexology combo (75mins)

This clothed and seated treatment in the massage chair, incorporates the back, neck, shoulder, head &
arm elements of the Indian Head Massage, along with a mini Hand Reflexology treatment.  Perfect for stress and tension in the neck, shoulders and arms from Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) or where treatment to the feet, ears or face are precluded.

This mini taster session will start with a brief introduction to what Reflexology is and how it can support your individual health & wellbeing concerns.
You can then choose between 30min treatments of either foot, hand, ear or facial Reflexology - all fully clothed treatments. 
Organic aromatherapy essential oils and hot towels used (for foot treatments) following a hydrosol cleanse of the treatment areas and application of Tui balm, all to help you float away to the calming music.

45min Reflexology ‘taster’ session 

Sometimes we need to share and feel heard. To have someone hold a safe space for us, with no judgment; just to listen and understand.
Our extended consultation, up to 60 mins, is a relaxed talking only session with a herbal tea, organic aromatherapy and our magnesium ‘bliss’ foot soak. 
It provides you more time to talk through the symptoms or issues you have been experiencing. Allowing us to fully understand what that means for you, and to determine an individual complementary therapy treatment plan to best achieve the goals and outcomes hoped for. 
This is for both new and existing clients who have experienced a larger degree of physical, mental or emotional trauma that they are seeking support to move on from. This session is a positive step in increasing holistic wellbeing, to help you be the best version of your self.

After the feet are cleansed with hot towels and a short massage sequence to each foot, cleansed and activated crystals are used in circular motions over the Chakras. This is done via the Spine on the feet, which runs along the medial (inside edge) of the feet. This treatment is truly individually tailored to each client’s energy needs, with time also spent on key Organs, Systems & Glands corresponding to Chakras,  culminating in a massage to the feet using crystal massage tools.

Crystal Reflexology (60 mins)

The ultimate Reflexology experience incorporating all types of this holistic complementary therapy. Starting at the head end and closer to the central nervous system with Facial & Auricular (ear) Reflexology and acupressure to the head. The treatment then moves around the body to incorporate the right hand, feet then left hand. Finished with a short breathwork exercise and herbal tea.  Allow 2hrs for this treatment.

Ultimate ‘Head to Toe’ Reflexology Treatment 90mins

The treatment starts with an aroma-therapeutic cleansing of the face with organic hydrosol, and the gentle massage into the skin of organic facial oils of your choice.
Light acupressure is applied to the head, neck and shoulders, and then the wonderfully relaxing facial reflexology routine will release tension and stress in the face to help you drift off on a wave of relaxation.
Both hands and crystal Gua Sha are used during this treatment.

FACIAL Reflexology 50mins

This 40min seated and clothed treatment, covers the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, head, face and ears. 

Indian Head Massage 40mins

This full auricular therapy treatment commences with an ear massage through the reflexology zones, before the application of ear seeds to key reflex points to allow ongoing self care.  The treatment then continues with a relaxing face massage over acupressure points, and concludes with a scalp massage. Reiki to shoulders and neck can also be incorporated on request.
