A full assessment involves understanding why your specific joint/body part might be hurting or not working like it should. We start by talking with you about how you’re feeling and how this affects your everyday life. Then, we carefully look at the body part, checking how you stand and move. We gently feel the joint/body and guide you through some movements to find out where it hurts or feels weak. If appropriate we may suggest a  mini treatment to calm symptoms. Once we understand the issue, we’ll explain it to you in a way that’s easy to understand and work with you to create a plan that helps you feel better. We’ll be with you every step of the way, checking in to make sure you’re on the road to recovery.

We’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust your treatment as needed, ensuring a smooth return to your normal activities. Our goal is to help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing what you love, with a clear and supportive approach to your joint health.
