During our two-hour session, we will spend time understanding your lifestyle and current state of physical and mental wellness before I begin the 90 minutes of hands-on work. Afterwords, we will discuss any observations I had during the massage, and together we will come up with a wellness plan to help guide you wherever you want to go.
