Through reflexology I support individuals suffering from sleep deprivation, chronic stress and fatigue, suppressed immune system, and many more. 
Massage is my chosen medium in providing a truly bespoke experience that relieves tension in  soft tissues and also nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Exercise focused aftercare.

Foot reflexology. This is a full-hour treatment including consultation, foot reading, and treatment with aftercare advice and treatment plan if applicable. This is designed to suit first-time comers. 

Reflexology

This treatment may include sports massage, cupping, dynamic stretch, exercise, electrostimulation. Your therapist will assess you and offer a treatment plan based on findings.
Unlike other therapies provided, this treatment targets a specific area of concern. 

Sports therapy

This treatment is aiming to relieve tension, reduce stress, encourage a healthier sleep pattern, give a lift to the emotions and promote overall wellbeing. Holistic massage  incorporates massage techniques which are restful, relaxing and therapeutic.

Full back massage to relieve tension, ease muscle aches, and get yourself feeling taller and more energised.

Enjoy a relaxing reflexology session tailored for children of any school age, from junior infants to 6th year students. After the child’s treatment, one parent can unwind with a complimentary 20-minute reflexology session. A soothing experience for both child and parent.

Child + 1 parent Reflexology

This is a treatment performed on the face using manual stroking and pressure point techniques. 
This method is a hands-on complementary health therapy designed to boost all body systems, organs and functions for a total well-being boost. 
The client stays fully clothed and is placed on a massage table. A manual acupressure pen may be used. Face skin is treated with organic rosehip oil. An aromatherapeutic component may apply. This is suitable for all ages and genders. The first treatment includes full consultation and lasts up to 60 minutes. Subsequent treatments are 35-45 minutes long, depending on protocols applied. 
This is an ideal reflexology option for those who do not like their feet or hands touched. 
Facial reflexology may be a great addition to foot reflexology for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy to relieve anorexia symptoms and improve sleep quality.

Facial Reflexology (Neuro-reflexology)

4-week Sessions One-on-one Course. I run baby reflexology classes. Option is available for both variants: online and from my treatment room - as convenient to you. Mums, dads and all caregivers are welcome! Classes are one hour long and held weekly for 4 Weeks. 
Classes are bundled and can only be purchased as a bundle package. All classes include instructional handouts on strokes. 

Parents are discovering the art of baby reflexology and the many benefits of touch!
Baby reflexology is a bonding activity between parents and their babies. Baby Reflexology is a series of specially adapted reflexology techniques originally developed for increasing bonding between parents and babies. Further development of the techniques has enabled parents to also help ease and relieve many normal baby discomforts in their own child.

Baby Reflexology is a safe, drug-free and non-invasive natural therapy. It can be used from 4 weeks of age.

Receipts for health insurance are issued.

Baby Reflexology Classes

The client is fully clothed and seated in a chair during this treatment. 

Clients are welcome at all times to inform therapist of their physiological concerns they would like the reflexology to address.

Home care advice on self reflexology on hands is included. 

Upon discretion of therapist this hand treatment may take from 20 to 30 minutes and may or may not include a hot towel wrap for hands prior to actual reflexology massage routine. Treatment is performed using essential oil blends based on client's requirements.

Get that spasmed muscles kneaded out! This is where extra pressure, fists and elbows may be used to help you get rid of pesky aches. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Add deep tissue work on arms, forearms, thighs, calves.

If you feel like some pampering during pregnancy, massage for pregnant women can be a good option. Massage can also help ease back pain, stiffness and soreness, and as your endorphins get moving you’ll start to feel uplifted. 
There is an opinion that you should not go for massage during the first trimester, as this is the period where miscarriages are more likely to occur – although there are no studies that directly relate massage to miscarriage, your body is undergoing so much change at this time that it is often contraindicated until the second trimester. However if you are keen, check with your doctor, as this is debatable. 
If you have a high risk pregnancy you should not go for massage – this is of course unless your GP/Obstetrician specifically recommends massage.
If you have a pre-existing health condition, such as diseases related to any of your organs, hypertension, asthma, cancer, or any condition that requires medical attention, you need to consult firstly with your GP.


Pregnancy and Post-partum Massage

Client is being seated for the first part of massage first and then is being positioned half-seated for the second part of massage treatment.

Pregnancy Back, Neck  and Scalp Massage

This treatment is designed for athletes preparing for competitions/events. Your therapist may include a combination of full leg massage, joint mobilisation, NMT, STR, or cupping techniques based on individual needs. This treatment aims to improve fluid mobility in soft tissues and joints of your legs, reduce fatigue and tension and allow the best performance.

This is a holistic treatment. Physically, it benefits individuals by including the massage of the face, neck, upper arms and shoulder areas that hold high levels of stress and tension. 
An Ayurvedic element in this massage includes work on the three higher Chakras (energy vortices), which rebalances the body’s entire energy system.
In addition, a head massage with oil serves as an excellent hair conditioner and adds to the health of the hair. 
We use warmed oil in this treatment.  Please expect to have oil in your hair upon leaving. Keep this in mind while planning your appointment time.  We recommend this therapy for the evening, when you do not need to return to work, attend public meetings, exercise or do house chores. If your hair is longer than 5cm, we would recommend bringing a hat or shawl for after treatment, especially on a cold or windy day.
The client stays clothed, and the torso is wrapped in a towel.

Ayurvedic Indian head massage

Involves calming and invigorating massage techniques, lymphatic drainage and pressure point massage. This treatment is perfect for relieving tension, de-stress, sinus, and migraine pain relief. Suits all ages and genders.
Areas of therapist's work: décolleté, neck, face, ears, scalp. Massage oil medium is used in this treatment. 
Ideally, client should be present without make up on. If long hair, combed and loose. 
Perfect clothing would be some garment with zip to provide quick access to neck and clavicular areas. Client can wear a thin strap vest or a cami top during treatment.
