I am a qualified Level 3 Award In Education and Training, holistic massage practitioner, Sports Massage, Brazilian Sculpting Lymphatic Drainage Massage therapist,  Reiki Master and a Yoga Teacher for many years.  I was trained in different countries like South Africa, the Philippines, and United Kingdom. I am also a qualified yoga alliance professional yoga teacher.
