Had a fantastic experience with Emily today, and am so pleased. She took the time to listen and ask questions about what I wanted and how it would work for my lifestyle, and gave advice that was helpful and focussed on what I’d actually be able to do realistically. She is gentle and so intuitive, and I’m so happy with what she did. Definitely recommend!

Emily did an amazing job - I love my haircut and she did a great job of making sure she understood what I was after! I also loooooooooved the set up of the sinks to wash my hair. The massage chair was lovely and it was great not having to put my neck on the usual sink basins.
