Mental Health counselling offered online or via telephone in Warrington and across the UK. Walk & Talk Therapy is available within local parks. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are available to all individuals 18+. I work with bereavement, stress, anxiety, self harm, drug/alcohol dependency and any other issue that is causing you to feel lost, lonely or upset.
