• Arrive 10 minutes early with clean lashes free from make-up, and oils.
• All lash services come with a lash bath at NO extra charge.

Refills:
• Must have 40-50% of lashes in order for it to be considered a refill. Anything less than 40% will be a full set.

Deposit: 
• A $25 deposit MUST be paid to reserve ANY lash appointments. All deposits MUST be paid via Cash App ($BossClethen) or Zelle (Laura 4693258055). Once deposit is paid, a confirmation text will be sent to confirm your appointment. All deposits are put toward your scheduled service. Remaining balance MUST be paid in cash.
• When you re-book your next appointment with me after your service and leave a review, you waive paying a deposit. However, if you need to change your appointment for any reason, a deposit would be required to hold new appointment. 

Foreign Lashes:
• We DO NOT work on top of another stylist work. Please arrive with NO lashes or book an appointment for a lash removal and full set.

Policy

• Adjustment services can ONLY be booked by the stylist. 
• You would have a 24-48 hour window to contact stylist and inform stylist of issues. 
• MUST send close up pictures. 
• Adjustment time given will be on a case by case bases.
• Any time after 24-48 hours, it will be considered a mini, refill, or full set.

* The classic set gives you a subtle, simple and beautiful, natural-looking lash style. 
* This set is created by placing one classic extension on one natural eyelash.

*Must have 40-50% of your lashes to be considered a refill. If you need a full set, your appointment may have to be rescheduled base on stylist schedule. 
*Service is start by removing any long or overgrown eyelash extensions followed by replacing and applying new extensions.
