As usual, Koko was excellent at finding the issues leading up to the main problem/discomfort/pain and resolving them all while also talking me though what was going on so that I could understand what led to the issues to begin with while also giving me information and knowledge on things to do to maintain proper flexibility and range of motion in the area. A TRUE GOD SEND! 

It was very thoughtful and informed. I like that Koko explained as she coached the exercises.

The recovery was amazing! Definitely going back! Koko has an expertise about the body that is very unique

Looking to improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid during high intensity activity all while providing assistance to help the body Increase and improve overall range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement.
