Combine chi activation, heat, red light, and cold water therapy all in one visit.

Saunas raise the core temperature of the body, internally resulting in many health benefits and opens up your blood vessels. The red light, near-infrared (NIR) light also penetrates the skin to stimulate mitochondria. 

When you take an ice bath, the cold temperature narrows your blood vessels. This rapidly increases blood flow to our organs and decreases blood flow to your muscles.

Once you get out of the cold water, your blood vessels open up again (known as vasodilation)  This allows oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood to return to your tissues to help remove waste products, such as lactic acid buildup. If left to sit in the muscles, that waste may delay healing.
