WELCOME TO THE TORTOISE AND THE HAIR! We are a full service hair salon in Palm Beach and take great pride in welcoming you to experience a little slice of luxury. No matter your time frame or price range, we love working with you – the client, to create a salon experience to remember. At The Tortoise and The Hair, we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied, we provide a complimentary touchup within 7 days of your initial appointment. We do not offer refunds.
