Our cancellation policy requires that cancellations be made online or by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% charge of your service fee will apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. For bookings of two or more people, a $50 deposit is required to secure your spot and prevent last-minute no-shows. Refunds are not provided for any services rendered.
