My name is Sofia, I am a Remedial Massage Therapist. My philosophy of wellness is driven by a passionate interest in the mind, body and soul connection and the synergy between the three. Wellness is at the forefront when co-designing individual programs to meet the health needs of clients. Sofia's Wellness is a boutique remedial massage clinic located in Hawthorne 4171 QLD. We believe one size does not fit all. We work with each client to personalise individual treatment plans.
