Experience Sydney’s best destination Infrared Sauna Studio. Against a backdrop of the bustling streets of Neutral Bay, our flagship studio exudes a sense of slow. The studio houses five private infrared sauna suites, as well as a large communal contrast therapy room complete with traditional sauna and ice baths. Our signature Mediterranean aesthetic of soft whites and raw textures is elevated by black accents and oversized marble features; the contrasting design elements a nod to the therapy itself.
