Hi, I'm Zoe Penny, and have over 20 years of experience as a holistic and beauty therapist and also have worked as a trainer since 2007. I love skincare, aromatherapy, holistic therapies, yoga and nature. I am passionate about sharing ways that you can practice good self-care in your everyday life. I am a friendly, down to earth person and not at all prissy perfect and judgemental.
