Sound Therapy it is the use of different instruments to work on the body and around the body in our bio-field, creating specific frequencies to impact the brainwaves, therefor the entire system will be affected, this frequencies will penetrate you in a cellular level. 
I will asses your bio-field frequencies trying to detect any stuck energy then dissipate that blockage to then harmonise with new frequencies your entire being...
Balancing your nervous system to leave the session feeling relax, calm, peaceful and in harmonious state of being.





Therapeutic Massage  + Sound Therapy

Deep tissue massage, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues. I will focus on your primary areas of discomfort using breath-work if needed to go deeper in the tissue and release the tension in a more conscious and comfortable way possible.
After the treatment for around 48 hrs you could feel a bit sore as we worked in a intense way in tiger points etc, but after the healing process, a deep massage will help reducing inflammation, leading to increased flexibility and reduced pain.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique channelled by MIKAO USUI, he developed a system healing based on the concept of " Universal Life Force Energy or Ki.
Rei means spirit, and ki refers to the localised energy found in living organisms.
​Promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
We use symbols that where channelled by Mikao Usui that have a powerful vibration to unlock, release and move energy to rebalance our being.
​I will be using my hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of energy to support healing.
I will asses every centre of energy in your body ( chakras ) to see where the energy doesn't flow or move properly and after that, approach with the best protocol for you.
