All first time clients must book in for 90-minute session which includes enough time for a thorough consultation.

Value for those booking regular maintenance massage treatments or for the treatment of chronic pain. A treatment plan of 6 sessions to reduce your pain and increase range of movement. First session is 90 minutes to allow for a thorough assessment and the final five are 60 minute sessions. This is perfect for those living with chronic pain and seeking relief from symptoms.
