Hey there, I'm Lucy a L5 Dip(he) Sports & Soft Tissue Therapist. I am located at The Feel Good Building in Newquay and I offer hands on massage, remedial rehab and pain management advice. By using evidence based practices I can help you move more naturally and as functionally as possible for your lifestyle. I use a person centered approach to healing using the biological/social/physiological model so I treat the person and not the just the injury or ailment.
