Initial Kinesiology Consultation will include:

- First 30 minutes to go through client intake form and discuss issues bringing you to the session. 

- The remaining 1 hour will take place on the massage table where the kinesiologist will use muscle testing to access imbalances in the body's energy, thus bringing awareness and assisting to reduce stress and pain, improve performance (at school, work and home, in sports, in relationships), and promotes health and wellbeing.
