Fully qualified dog groomer based on Ayr Drive in Airdrie. Jill trained and achieved her grooming, pet first aid, puppy, and behavior qualifications via The Groom Room in Pets At Home (Cumbernauld). Working from her own home salon, Jill works one-on-one with each dog, providing her full affection and attention. For dogs that are nervous, anxious, or feel overwhelmed around other dogs, they have the space and time to work through the groom together slowly and get to know one another. If the weather is freezing or extremely hot, appointments may have to be rescheduled. Cash is preferred.

A Puppy Groom is designed to introduce your pup to the sounds, touch and sensations of the salon to prepare them for their first full groom. Includes a bath and brush, nail clip, pads trimmed, hygiene areas trimmed, eyes and ears cleaned, eye and paw tidy where needed. Please note your pups hair will not be clipped as they should not have their first groom until roughly 7 months as that’s when their adult coat comes in and cutting the hair too early can damage the hair irreparably.

The first place to sprout hair is usually from the inside corner of the eyes. Get an eye tidy in between grooms so your dog can see where they are going.

Eye trim only 

Add a deshed treatment to your groom or bath and brush. Highly recommend for double coated or short haired dogs that cast a lot as the treatment is designed to loosen and remove the dead undercoat. It should help give the hoover a break for a bit and make your dog feel more comfortable.

Paw and nose balm helps to keep your dogs nose and paws hydrated and nourish during both the hot and cold weather.

A rough length of time is indicated for each groom service but some dogs can take longer or shorter depending on the dog. A rough pick up time will be indicated and a text will be sent to inform you that your dog is almost ready or is ready. 30 minutes should be more than enough lead in time to collect your dog. If you are running late or stuck please inform Jill via Text on 07935261956. Failure to show especially with no communication will incur a £10 surcharge. Please be mindful that there may be other dogs booked in after your appointment and there is simply no space to have another still be there. Jill may also have plans or need to be somewhere so please be mindful of your time and communication. Communication is key. It’s important you are reachable should anything happen of incase your dog takes unwell. If your dog is not behaving the groomer may need to be terminated and you will need to be available to communicate.

Late Collection Charge

Dematting will incur an automatic £10 surcharge on top of the groom price. Please be aware that matted coats damage equipment and blades and therefore they need to be sharpened or replaced. A blade itself can cost anywhere between £40+

Add a VIP Spa to your dogs bath and brush or groom. Includes a blueberry facial, teeth clean, paw and nose balm, body butter balm, nail clip and an eye tidy (where needed) All this for £10.
