Hi love, Thank you for choosing D.Luxe. Please read the following policies carefully and thoroughly for the best experience.
Please do not be afraid to ask me any questions

Late fee
-$7 late fee after 15 minutes with no call
-$15 late fee after 20 minutes with no call
Your appointment is cancelled after 25 minutes with no contact.
If you do contact me informing me you will be late, you will get a 20 minute grace period and you will be charged $10 after the 20 minutes.
Your appointment will be cancelled  after 30 minutes.

-Cancellation/rescheduling of appointments MUST be notified atleast 12 hours before the appointment.

-All clients MUST arrive with no polish or acrylic of any kind on their nails unless they are getting a refill, soak off or redesign.
If you arrive with polish or acrylic on your nails I will have to book you for a soak off or removal which will cost an extra $15.
Please book a soak off or removal if you have to, this would be greatly appreciated.
