My aim is that my clients will leave their treatment feeling relaxed, refreshed, reconnected and re-balanced. I combine many techniques to bring you a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, creating a tailored treatment for each client. Reflexology can be a very grounding experience and can be helpful for many symptoms including anxiety, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and more. As well as focusing on particular symptoms, reflexology can be used as a regular reset for the nervous system. Indian Head Massage is extremely relaxing and as well as nourishing for the scalp and hair.
