The Long Pulse Nd:YAG 1064nm laser is a highly effective, non-invasive treatment option for reducing and eliminating broken capillaries, also known as telangiectasia or spider veins. This laser emits light at a wavelength of 1064 nanometers, which penetrates deeply into the skin to target vascular lesions without damaging the surrounding tissue.

The 1064nm wavelength is selectively absorbed by hemoglobin within the blood vessels, allowing the laser energy to heat and collapse the capillary walls. Over time, the treated vessels are reabsorbed by the body, leading to clearer, more even-toned skin. This laser is especially well-suited for treating deeper and larger vessels, including those commonly found on the face.

What to Expect:
Patients may feel a mild snapping sensation during the procedure, often compared to a rubber band on the skin. Mild redness or swelling may occur after treatment, typically resolving within a few hours to a few days. Multiple sessions may be recommended.
