An extremely relaxing treatment. Sylwia is an excellent practitioner. She have lots of useful advice on nutrition too which I was delighted to receive. She’s fantastic!!!

I’ve now had two Deep Myofascial treatments at Alchemy Forest and both experiences have been truly wonderful. Each treatment was carried out with such attentiveness, knowledge and sensitivity. I really appreciated the combination of deep understanding of the body, detailed work and the feeling of being genuinely looked after throughout the whole session. I’m very grateful for the care, expertise and attention to detail, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Alchemy Forest to anyone looking for thoughtful and deeply nurturing bodywork. Sylwia has amazing intuition finding the stuck or gripping fascia and which points to work on to allow release. Often she would be feeling across a muscle group and I would think, oh there feels different, and a second later she would stop and identify that this was a point of restriction. She was caring and communicative, checking often about pressure and pain levels. Her reflexology session is the true form, identifying areas of the body out of alignment or in distress via points on the sole of the foot. Will definitely be going back next time I am in Dublin

First session with Sylvia. I had the Myofacial release massage, Sylvia was really informative about what she was doing, I felt safe and calm in her hands. I had been wanting to try this for the last couple of years. It was unusual sensations in comparison to regular massage but I felt like a new person the next day, so much lighter in my mood and body. It felt unusual but I really noticed releases in ways I'm not sure regular massage has done. I will be booking again ☀️☀️

Thank you for being so open, patient and trusting, because I have to say, it’s not always comfortable. It can sometimes be emotionally intense and at times a little painful, but it can bring a much deeper sense of relief. Thank you so much again, Sarah. ❤️
