At ICT Northumberland College, my training encompassed general Swedish massage, fascial treatments, cranial sacral therapy, and Suikodo. Afterward, I expanded my expertise by completing the Neurofascial Reset courses, including Rapid Lower Body, Rapid Upper Body, and Rapid 4 training.
