You may choose swedish, deep tissue or medical massage. Swedish massage involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with varying pressure to promote circulation for a relaxing experience.  Deep tissue massage helps to ease muscle tension to promote circulation, mobility, and healing. Medical massage is a type of therapeutic massage designed to address specific medical conditions, injuries, or physical ailments. It combines techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy to relieve pain, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing. Medical massage is often used to treat conditions like chronic pain, muscle injuries, stress, and post-surgery recovery. Your therapist will adjust the massage pressure according to your preference and sensitivity to ensure you get the most out of your session.

The hypervolt device has a motor that generates high-frequency vibrations (percussions) that penetrate deep into muscles. These percussions help break up muscle knots and increase circulation. The Hypervolt offers multiple speed settings to customize intensity with different attachments target various muscle groups more effectively. The rapid pulses increase blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to muscles. This helps flush out lactic acid, reducing soreness and stiffness. Releases tight fascia and deep muscle adhesions, improving flexibility.

Hands on assisted stretching techniques to improve joint range of motion and increase overall flexibility. We incorporate passive stretches, active stretches, dynamic and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques.

Experience private and small group master level pilates instruction for $190. This package includes one 60 min private pilates session and two 60 min small group pilates Apparatix sessions on Saturdays at 9:30 am. Includes FREE branded 541 pilates socks ($30) and FFS water bottle ($20). TOTAL PACKAGE VALUE: $280. PLEASE NOTE: You will book the 60 min private pilates session online. FFS will contact you to book your two 60 min Apparatix pilates sessions on Saturdays at 9:30 am.
